Service Description

Install and set up a universal remote control URC or Control4. $149 hour. Average setup time is 1-3 hours. Check to see if the remote is compatible with the devices you've synced. Demonstrate how to use the remote. **Guarantee & Refund Policy** Please make sure areas are cleared that our techs will be working. Our insurance doesn't allow people or animals in the rooms that we will be working in during the work period. If you paid online and canceled prior to arriving then you will receive a refund within 7 business days. If you cancel the project for any reason when we are onsite then there is a charge of $49 for a onsite consultation and the rest will be refunded. Any trip charges are non refundable. If we installed the TV already there is no refunds for labor, but we can refund any products purchased if you return within 90 days. We do not warranty customer owned equipment including mounting brackets and TVs. We guarantee our installation for 90 days only, if we did not do something right we will fix the problem at no additional cost. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the installation to your property.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call 24 hour in advance. Late cancel charge is $49 unless it was booked for a full day and then you will be charge of $300.
