Designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, this IR mini bullet camera features Visualint’s premium starlight low-light color sensor for clear viewing at down to 0.002 lux. It also offers 16:9 letterbox sensors, glass optics and other convenient installation features, like a pigtail-free way to mount the camera to any surface. Every new Visualint system Includes Virtual Technician services to do the toughest legwork for you during initial configuration. This includes: set up port forwarding, event schedules, and email notifications for each camera; configure analytics; and offer a follow-up calibration for any custom install.**
**Virtual Technician support can be purchased at anytime if you want to reconfigure your Visualint system at a future date. Virtual Technician support is not part of the 3-Year Warranty.
For best results static analytic cameras should be mounted a minimum of 10 ft above ground level with a wide unobstructed field of view of the area of coverage.
Cameras should be placed in such a way that objects which you intend to track are not able to move in and out of the cameras field of view in less than 3 seconds to give the camera time to identify, track, and alert
