Return Policy For SunBriteTV 84” Models - Undamaged 84” TVs in their original packaging may be returned to SunBriteTV at 2001 Anchor Court, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320. Installers will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. Additionally, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged to your account once the item is received and verified in good condition by SunBriteTV.  All product returns must have prior authorization from SnapAV.  A Return Authorization number will be issued by SnapAV and must be included with the returned product(s). The Return Authorization number must be visible on the outside of the box (handwritten or typed label).
To qualify for our standard TV return policy, inspect your SunBriteTV upon delivery, prior to signing the FedEx delivery record. Units damaged in transit must be returned within 48 hours of original delivery, and any damage must be noted on your FedEx receipt. You must also take pictures of any damage before returning the unit.  Delivery signature is required for this item.
