Variable Voltage Power Supply
Each unit comes with a variable AC to DC voltage regulator. This means that you can switch the fan from 7 - 12V and control the speed of the fan for the specific situation. 
Reversible
With special high-tensile rubber that acts as a damping system, adjust the direction of the fan to either pull air out or push air in. Perfect for when you want to be really aggressive with ventilation and force cool air in while pulling hot air out.
Compatibility
This unit is compatible with the TC-ALTv2, for when you want to let the temperature itself control the speed of the fan and use less power when possible.
