Welcome to Denver Audio Video. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
#### 1. Services
Denver Audio Video provides professional installation and setup services for TV mounting, home theaters, smart home automation, computer networks, and audio systems. Our services are performed by trained technicians to ensure high-quality results.
#### 2. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting our customer service.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund of any pre-paid invoice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. You will be billed for service received up to 8 hours at a rate of $189 per hour, not exceeding a total of $1,512.
#### 3. No Refunds on Services
All services provided by Denver Audio Video are non-refundable. This includes any on-site labor, consultations, and installations.
#### 4. Product Returns
- Products purchased from Denver Audio Video can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Some products cannot be returned, including but not limited to TV brackets, wiring, and other custom-installed equipment. Please verify return eligibility at the time of purchase.
#### 5. Limitation of Liability
- Denver Audio Video will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or products.
- Our liability for any claim related to our services or products is limited to the amount paid by you for the service or product in question.
#### 6. Customer Responsibilities
- Prior to the installation or service appointment, ensure that all areas where work is to be performed are clear of items or debris.
- Ensure that children, animals, and adults are not present in the work area during the service.
- No other workers, except Denver Audio Video employees or subcontractors, should be present in the work area while our services are being performed.
- You will be liable for 100% of any damage that occurs if these conditions are not met.
#### 7. Warranty and Service Calls
- Denver Audio Video offers a 90-day warranty on all installations. If any issues arise related to our installation within this period, we will address them at no additional cost. **TV adjustments are $69 within 90 days.
- After the 90-day warranty period, any service calls will be billed at our current hourly rate of $189 per hour, plus the cost of any required materials.
#### 8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
#### 9. Changes to Terms
Denver Audio Video reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

- All payments for services rendered by Denver Audio Video are non-refundable.
#### 2. Product Returns
- Products purchased from Denver Audio Video can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to TV brackets, wiring, and other custom-installed equipment. Please confirm the return policy at the time of purchase.
#### 3. Appointment Cancellations
- If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid invoice.
- If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will not receive a refund. You will be charged for service received up to 8 hours at $189 per hour, with a maximum charge of $1,512.
